Homeless

Canted Village

He’s gotta be homeless

Blankets stacked up on his cart

It doesn’t have to break your heart

He says he’s free

Doesn’t have to be or see

He doesn’t have to say hello

He’s not a mellow fellow

It only reminds him of times below the good

And they never knew him anyway

He’s not a mellow fellow

He’s an agitator

He’s gotta be homeless

He says he’s free

Doesn’t have to be or see

He’s not a mellow fellow

He’s an agitator
